We were trying to do everything remotely from Ft Lauderdale for a wedding in Breckenridge CO. Even planning a year in advance came with the biggest obstacle in trying to find a venue. Since Hannah is a local CO resident she helped immensely in suggesting different venues. We finally settled on KoKos in Copper Mountain. Weather just like in Florida is ever changing and up to ceremony time it was still raining. Even though we had a plan B for indoors she calmed our nerves by saying it will be all clear at ceremony time and yes Mother Nature blessed us with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sky’s cleared ! Dont try and do this alone call Hannah you won’t be disappointed.”

We unfortunately did not have the blue skies and sun the forecast had previously promised and had fog and rain (which was beautiful, but required heavy coordination to make things run smoothly), Hannah was able to coordinate with all of our vendors and make accommodations so that our string quartet could still play in the conditions and help get umbrellas to every one so we could still have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. She made sure my husband and I were both eating and drinking during the wedding and helped time our ceremony and reception perfectly. And to top it all off she had burst her eardrum the day before from allergies and she was still there for us and did a spectacular job. My only regret is not booking her earlier!!!”

All of those things she did within 30 days of the wedding. Hannah would occasionally check in with me via text message to make sure I didn’t have any pending concerns or stresses in the days leading up to the wedding. If you are newly engaged and beginning the wedding planning process, I highly recommend hiring a planner as your first step. I personally did extensive research on wedding planners in the Colorado area, so I can tell you firsthand that Hannah is definitely one of the best. I regret not hiring Hannah as our full-time wedding planner from the very beginning. Not only will she be there for you and take care of the coordinating, but she will help you find a venue, find vendors, organize your bridal shower and/or bachelor/bachelorette parties, and she has her own inventory of decorations that you can either pay an additional fee to access, or they may be included in your planning package pricing depending which one you get. I only had Hannah for the wedding weekend and I feel like she did so much for us. Thank you for everything, Hannah :) we will be forever grateful for you and everything you’ve done for us.”

We had a complicated dream for our wedding - our ceremony was in the mountains (not at a venue, literally off a hiking trail), with a backyard reception later in the day, so there were tons of logistics, and we had piled plenty of little details on top of an already complicated timeline. This package is designed to actively involve couples in the planning process, providing personalized services such as travel liaison, venue assistance, vendor coordination/booking, and style consultations.
The package includes detailed preparations like creating a wedding weekend timeline, managing budgets, offering decor consultations, providing custom planning tools, and ensuring ADA needs and special accommodations are met for guests.
Extended onsite staff hours, setup and teardown management, personal assistance on the wedding day, emergency kits, and serving as the main point of contact ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding experience.
